We do more than average buyer’s agents. We take the time to find out what it is you are trying to accomplish, help you get pre-approved by a mortgage lender, e-mail you listings, show you properties, make the Offer to Purchase on your behalf and then negotiate the details until you're satisfied and the Offer is accepted. While you are under contract, we then schedule tasks such as the home inspection, wood destroying insect inspection, appraisal, survey, closing, home warranty, etc. We keep in touch with the closing attorney, mortgage lenders and everyone else that is involved in the transaction. Not to mention, we're present at all of the home inspections and closings. When you work with us you are in direct contact with us, your Realtors, from start to finish. You will not be left to deal with closing coordinators or assistants like many area agents would have you do after their initial contact with you. Direct contact with us at all times ensures a smooth buying experience.

If you are looking to purchase New Construction, you need to understand the value of having buyer representation. The Realtor in the model home represents the builder / developer. You need a buyer’s agent to represent you through the long process of purchasing new construction. Expect the construction process to take from 4 - 6 months. As your buyer’s agents, we will be there when you pick out selections, have your walk-thrus, to make sure the builder takes care of the punch list items before closing, to talk to your mortgage lender, etc. Buyers often feel taken advantage of when they purchase new construction. Buyers have to deal with builder representatives who are not looking out for the buyer’s best interests. Buyers need experienced buyer’s agents to represent the buyer and the buyer only. We use today's technology to e-mail buyers listings, tax information, maps, deeds, restrictive covenants for communities, all of the paperwork needed for each transaction, and more. Also, the property search located on dunnbrokers.com displays all properties that are currently listed For Sale on the area MLS.
