We take the time to find out what it is you are trying to accomplish by selling your home such as, how soon do you need to move, what items need to be taken care of before you list the property, etc. We explain and outline the selling process until you have no further questions. We'll create an up to date Comparative Market Analysis of your property (regardless of what you've heard, sales history is only good for about six months). You need to know what other comparable homes have been selling for. You also need to know what the local real estate market is doing at the time.
In addition to establishing market value, we'll measure your house, take photos and enter the listing on the MLS, mail “Just Listed” postcards to your neighbors, make a book of information to leave in the house, make color flyers to put in front of the property, hold scheduled open houses, present to you all Offers to Purchase and then negotiate the details until you accept an Offer. We keep in touch with all of the parties while you are under contract…..the buyer’s agent, the appraiser, the closing attorney, mortgage lender, etc. We'll order a deed to be prepared, review the HUD (closing paperwork) with you and schedule a time for you to go to the attorney’s office to sign the deed and HUD and transfer the keys to the new buyers. When you work with us you are in contact with us, your Realtors, from start to finish. You will not be left to deal with closing coordinators or assistants like many area agents will have you do after their initial contact with you. Direct contact with us at all times ensures a successful selling experience.

We use today's technology to e-mail listing information, tax information, maps, deeds, restrictive covenants for communities, all of the paperwork needed for each transaction, and more. This website contains all of the properties that are currently For Sale on our Property Search. Once your listing is in the MLS, your listing will be automatically placed on Dunnbrokers.com, RE/MAX.com, Realtor.com as well as thousands of other local, national and international real estate company websites that have the MLS IDX search.
